Develop Melbourne Group (DMG) is a collection of
like-minded Property Developers and Property Industry
Professionals whose prime motivation is the necessary
advancement of the infrastructure (and hence, the
property requirements) of inner and Greater Melbourne to
sustainably meet the needs of the growing population.
Our Objectives:
* We meet monthly and communicate with each other
between meetings to draw upon our common and expanding
pool of knowledge.
* We purposely and freely discuss current trends and
openly share new ideas and personal experience of the
property industry to assist in advancing the knowledge
base of all group members.
* We are consistently nurturing and building mutually
beneficial relationships with other group members for
the growth and enhancement of each other’s businesses
and property development careers.
* We invite new individuals and industry professionals
who bring a wealth of industry knowledge to join us in
our endeavours and become members.
* We strive to create joint-venture opportunities for
each other to be involved with and profit from, and
* We consistently present investment opportunities we
have created to the group and our growing database of
investors.
